The Premier Specialists’ Medical Centre is the manifestation of a dream to promote the highest possible complete health care service, attainable in the most developed parts of the world, in Nigeria.
Premier, as the name implies, means the first among all. We are a specialist hospital whose aim is to serve the health care needs of our community by providing quality and comprehensive health care with the application of modern technology.
Matron
Matron Olusola Olukemi Arowolo
Matron Olusola Arowolo graduated from Lagos State School of Midwifery in 1989.
She proceeded to LUTH School of Nursing in 1990.
She had worked in various private hospitals in Lagos, however she joined The Premier Specialist’s Medical Centre in November 2003 as a Nursing Sister and gradually attained the post of the hospital matron in 2016 till date.
Currently appointed as a Quality Champion of the Hospital.
Pharmacist
Miss Rachel Igbinovia, B.Pharm(Benin), FPCPharm
Miss Rachel Igbinovia is a pharmacist. She holds a B.Pharm degree (1995) from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and is a Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists.
She joined PSMC in January 2008. She is presently the head of the pharmacy department.
Paediatricians
Dr. (Mrs.) Ehimwema Abiodun Eke-Aluko MBBS, FAAP, FWACP, MBA
Dr. Abiodun Aluko started her medical career at the College of Medicine L.U.T.H., after attending the prestigious Queens College Lagos. She graduated from medical college with distinction in 1982. Immediately after her graduation as a doctor she traveled to the US to further her education, where she specialized in the field of Peadiatrics again finishing at the 99% of all students nationwide in 1987.
She returned to Nigerian with a dream to bring back to Nigeria all that she had learnt, and initially worked in Eko Hospital Ltd., as Head of Department Paediatrics from 1990 – 1992 where she was credited with resuscitating a previously non performing Paediatric Department and lifting it to never seen before heights prior to her departure.
She left Eko Hospital to pursue her dream of providing world class medical service to Nigerians at the Premier Specialist Medical Centre, along with other colleagues.
Dr. Aluko is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a believer in the continuous learning and self-improvement, and a sports and yoga enthusiast. She is involved in several child focused charities the most recent being a charity started in Dec. 2018 with the lofty objective of getting “our” children off the streets and into regular or trade schools.
She championed the Defeat Autism Now Movement in Nigeria by the creation of awareness of Autism and its management. She has special interest in Special needs, Paediatics, Allergic Respiratory Disease, Asthma and Neonatal Intensive Care
Dr. Aluko holds her medical degree MBBS from the University of Lagos. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Peadiatrics (FAAP); Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP).
As a strong believer in continuous learning she has completed several online courses in management, she recently graduated from Lagos Business School Executive MBA Program in 2019.
She is the current HOD, Department of Paediatric.
Dr Chineze Fadipe (MBBS, FWACP, MPH)
Dr. Fadipe received her degree in medicine from the college of medicine, University of Nigeria in 1998 and proceeded to do her internship at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital during which her love for paeditrics was concretized.
She had her postgraduate training in paediatrics at the University College Hospital, Ibadan and is a fellow of the West African College of Physicians. She holds a masters degree in Public Health, obtained from the University of Lagos in 2001.
She has been a Consultant Paediatrician at The Premier Specialists’ Medical Centre since 1997. She enjoys traveling and reading.
Medical Laboratory Scientist
Mr. Alexander Enabulele – Medical Laboratory Scientist (HOD)
Mr. Alexander Enabulele is a seasoned Medical Laboratory Scientist boasting over 25 years of experience and expertise in medical microbiology and bacteriology. He graduated from the School of Medical Laboratory Sciences at the University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria, in 1994, marking the beginning of his illustrious career.
He is a committed member of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria. Since 2009, he has been an integral part of The Premier Specialists’ Medical Center, where he serves as the Head of the Medical Laboratory Department. His responsibilities also extend to overseeing the hospital’s radiology unit.
Mr Alexander is characterized by his unwavering passion, dedication, and results-driven approach. He is not only focused on delivering exceptional service but is also committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. A true team player, he thrives on collaboration and consistently strives for excellence in all aspects of his work.
Dr Aderonke Edun – Dermatologist
Dr Aderonke Edun had her Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery in 2007 from Ladoke Akintola University Osogbo.
She did her one year internship at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, and subsequently postgraduate training with West African College of Physician in Internal Medicine , Dermatology, and Venerology.
She is an internal physician and dermatologist with The Premier Specialists’ Medical Centre.
Dr Awoyemi Solomon
Dr. Awoyemi received his degree in medicine from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 2008 and proceeded to do his internship at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
He had most of his postgraduate training in family medicine at FMC Bida but eventually finish up at FMC Keffi in 2023.
He is presently a Consultant Family physician at The Premier Specialists’ Medical Centre. He enjoys football and music.
